It was our first time coming in and the front counter person who helped us was extremely sweet and let us smell everything to let us get a better idea of what we wanted. She walked us through a few things and overall it was a great experience! Recommend coming her especially as a first timer.

I have been going to the Botanical for a couple of years now and have always loved the environment and staff. They always provide great suggestions. The staff never rushes you to get out of the store. They also really wants to help find a product that works for you. This is the only dispensary I shop at, and it will continue to be my go-to. Definitely give this dispensary a try, it is worth it for the high quality product and professional team.

First time visiting from FL and had the pleasure of working with Abby. This is not just a store it’s a manufacturing facility and they have live video of the grow house, so cool! Buds aren’t pre packed they weigh right in front of you like being served at a deli counter. Great experience, great service, and great product!

They've got the best quality flower in the Lansing area! No remediated products either, which is a huge deal to me, considering it's became the norm in most shops, which is sad to see. This is now my regular spot for flower! Excellent customer service, he eliminated the awkwardness and was professional!

You are doing yourself a disservice if you haven't been here yet. Their staff, led by the Manager Hallston, are rock stars! They've consistently got the best flower in the area, and my most recent visit totally blew me away. They have some of the best flower I've ever personally seen in my 11 years smoking and time around this plant. What's even more impressive is that they grew it in house, in this very building! Needless to say, I will continue to be a regular here for the foreseeable future.

Edit; I upped the stars and have an update to my review and it is well deserved. The management at this location actually cares about their customers and I can appreciate that. I’ve worked customer service jobs before and while mistakes happen it’s the recovery that’s important. Members of management reached out to me on multiple platforms and asked me to return, they took care of me well, apologized profusely and professionally and left me with a great experience. To top it off the bud I got from there (Franklin fields) was really nice. I actually will eat my own words because I’ll definitely be back!

Drove across town on Memorial Day after making an online order, only for them to be closed 20 minutes before 5 (holiday hours were 10am to 5pm) would have been my first time purchasing from them but I won’t be returning. At least take down the written sign for your holiday hours when you close early so I can be less peeved that I came this far for you to not be doing your job. A local dealer would never.

Excellent experience here! Barbie and all the other bud tenders I've had (sorry I don't remember their names, testament to the quality of the product) are fun, polite, and knowledgeable. They know their stuff, and if one doesn't have an answer for me they don't hesitate to ask for help. All in all, they get you in and out quickly and happily, offering a wide range of quality products, generous first time and rewards bonuses, and a friendly disposition. Would recommend, and am definitely coming back!
Also. The Legos are beyond cool and whoever did them deserves a promotion
Edit: Jamie and Tyler are 2 of the 3 budtenders I've had and they've all been awesome!

Rude staff staff after I drove 45 mins they were out of all current deals which I drove there for then didn't offer me like 10% off or nothing but that all would of been fine if they're prices weren't ridiculous 3 f9r your cheapest preroll. You know prerolls that aren't premium flower are basically just leaves. I aint spending no three dollars on a gram of leaves. No discount or freebie f9r my first time. I'll just drive the extra 20 mins to grand rapids. Then there was mold on one of my buds. Just all around terrible experience won't be back save ur money and shop somewhere they appreciate your business not aome place selling pot that thinks they are selling jewelry to high end clientele

I got up super early this morning to go get in line at BoCo in middleville Mi. When I got there everyone lined up for the big deal going on today. I was very disgusted with the way the store manager handled the whole event. When we were let in you think we would go in order as we stood in line. Hell no. They let everyone in and the whole line that was originally started was a.mass.standing room only. People from the very back of the line was aloud to go before the people who had showed up way before the place opened. Other dispensaries that have similar events take only 20 people at a time and so on. You need to make a plan for such a huge event before you actually have one. I don't think I will ever go back again. Not the way your supposed to conduct your business.

I haven't smoked in about 17 years, so it being legal weirded me out a bit. The dude there was not only helpful but super chill. He made it crazy easy, gave me some recommendations, and was looking out too (tolerance levels, deals they had going on). In and out in like 7 minutes.

This is by far one of the best places to go for all your smoking or edible needs. They are so friendly and helpful. They will answer any of your questions you have and they don't rush you at all. You can take your time and shop with the need of feeling rushed and pushed out the door. Lauren is one of the best Bud Tenders you will find there. All the Bud tenders are great. If you are from the area and weither you have been a long time smoker or just starting this is the place to go for all your needs and questions.

Always a pleasant experience visiting this store. From the first greeting, all employees make you feel like they’re really happy you came in. What a difference from most businesses these days. Great selection, excellent pricing & mind blowing sales! A big plus is seeing the manager’s skills on display with his Lego creations. Always fun. Just can’t say enough good things about BoCo, their professional, well informed salespeople & their manager, who takes such good care of us when we visit!!
